Portable Gaming Revolution

Gamespot has come out with a first look at Ubisoft’s upcoming first person shooter “Rainbow Six: Vegas” for the PSP. Surprisingly enough, it is not a direct port of the same game that is also coming out for the XBox360 and PS3… it is related to the story but will be completely unique.

You take the role of Brian Armstrong, sent to Sin City for a normal snatch and grab rescue mission. While there you uncover a sinister terrorist plot to poison the city’s water supply. This is where the game really takes off. It looks like Ubisoft has included both single and multi-player modes to keep you playing… and the good news here is that it will support both Ad-Hoc wireless as well as infrastructure! WOOHOO! Infrastructure!

Not much more info has been released to this point, but I’m sure they’ll keep updating over at Gamespot as the December 5th, 2006 release date approaches. Check out the full article for yourself over at Gamespot.
