PSPVC (PlayStation Video Converter) is a video conversion tool for the PSP much like PSP Video 9 for the Linux operating system. There was a tutorial on how to convert video for the PSP on Linux a while back but the process was very tedious and required advanced knowledge of Linux and everything was done through the terminal. PSPVC has a GUI so it should make it much more user friendly. PSPVC can output in standard MPEG4 and in H.264.
