May nostalgia ensue, Mongatard from PSP Updates has released a clone of SkiFree for the PSP. SkiFree is a really old game from the Windows Entertainment Pack version 3. The goal of the game is to get to the bottom of the slope while avoiding a variety of obstacles such as trees and dogs. Unfortunately for you, the evil snow monster would come out and consume you once you crossed the finish line—there was simply no way to avoid it. If you don’t feel like using homebrew, the author of the original SkiFree has made this classic Windows game available free for download on his site for you to relive the old days of Windows 3.0.

I remember this game! By the way, you COULD avoid the snow monster. The problem was there were a million of them. You could avoid them as long as you didn’t slow down or crash… which you eventually did.
