PSP Podcast #45

No you read that right, this is podcast #45! We felt that all of our .5 episodes and special editions were getting a bit confusing, so we added them all together and found that this episode is #45! It was a nice round number so we went with it, so here you go!

We have lots of news for you this week, most coming from the Konami Gamers’ Day that went on last week. Not to focus only on news I bring you a review of Ape Escape Academy and the Madcatz Retracto Pak. And as a special treat we have some listener submitted reviews for you this week: Randy brings us a review of the Logitech Playgear Visor, and William rings in with a review of the game PQ.

If you would like to give it a listen you can either download it [directly [mp3 45min 22mb], or subscribe to the podcast RSS feed in your favorite aggregator.

Please take a few minutes out of your day to respond to our listener survey! This will allow us to get a better idea who are listeners are, maybe eventually luring in some advertisers.

Also, if you have a couple of seconds, please vote for my Podcast on Podcast Alley. This helps to increase my ranking on their website, eventualy getting into the top ten… well a man can dream can’t he? After clicking the link look for the “Vote Now!” link to cast your vote.

“If you guys are interested in submitting any audio reviews… if it’s something that hasn’t already been reviewed, or that I am not planning on reviewing, record it up and send it in.”

I liked the request for audio reviews, but I don’t think you should discourage people from providing alternate reviews on products already broadcast. People might have a different opinion or reaction, and only reviewing products that haven’t been reviewed would be very one-sided. I am always interested in different perspective. No one has the last word on these subjects, and an interactive podcast is so much more interesting.

    Regards,

    Matt

    Shownotes?

I usually listen to the PSP Podcast while I’m in the car. When I heard about a product that Lloyd mentioned, I came here to see if the shownotes had the link to the item mentioned. I couldn’t see anything that stuck out. Did I miss something? Thanks again for your hard work.
