Cheat Device v0.8b Released

v0.8b:
Teleport to player target (the player-set red marker on the map)
Video recorder optimizations

i put it in the right spot on my psp, but when i load it, how do i get the cheat menu to come up?

Where do I put the folder on my PSP? And Also do I need to Unzip the folder first?
