Gamespot has posted information regarding the previously announced Killzone: Liberation for the PSP.

Liberation takes place two months after the events of the original Killzone in the familiar postapocalyptic battle zone of southern Vetka. Players will take up various futuristic arms against the Helghast and their maniacal leader, Metrac, as Templar, one of the playable characters from the original.

Additionally, they have posted 7 screenshots of the game that differ from the ones posted on PSP Only.

The game has been a hot topic on our forums since the bomb was dropped last week that the game was not an FPS. Some people are intrigued by the idea whereas others are immediately turned off. I personally will wait and see how things turn out before passing any judgement.
