half life fan make sure that u enable sharing for your enternet connection and not the wifi max wireless connection.when u plug in the wifi max u will see a new connection appear at the bottom right hand corner of your pc were ur time is located,and u should see a colerful icon called ZD, if u do not see it click on the the circle with this

Some people have done this, so far I’ve corrected 24 people in their mistakes. This is for when you have a connectio so everything works but it just says connection failed. When you go into the properties of your network connection and share connection with other users, make sure you type your wireless adapter name into the field just below. I know it causes a lot of grief, but just hang in there and keep looking for PSP help topics for your paricular router or USB wireless adapter. The browser is flawed, I admit, but ownin’ noobs online with PSP is freakin’ SWEET!!! SONY rules…(Shame about PS3 March 2007 delay though!)..

i hav the same problem as bloodhound, i can play online on my ds and psp fine and the connection works. but after about an hour of playing (it varies alot) it crashes my comp and feezes so i hav to reboot. I t only does this when its actully plugged in and running tho so i hav no idea what the problem is.
if anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly apreciated.

Gamesdmc3 I only have one ethernet port but I use that for my PS2. I do have internet sharing on as well, but when I turn on internet sharing for the WiFi Max’s wireless local area connection. It turns off my main internet connection (local area connection 1) and then it just loses connection to the internet all together :(

hey guys this ip buisness u all been havin i had it 2 well the problemb usualy is if ur on broadband then its the internet sharing u need 2 do well first of all go to network connections and right click on your lan connection its not connected but carry on go 2 properties and put internet sharing on click all the boxs and select your private network then on your psp go 2 metwork settings scan 4 the conection no wep ip easy and so on the test the conection it will connect get the ip but internet connection will fail now go back 2 network connections and go on your modem and do same as on lan and put sharing on the modem instead of the lan right do the same buisnees on ur psp again and it shud get the ip from last time then use yhe modem 4 internet connection it wrked 4 me so wahoo

how many enternet connections do u have,cause i have 2 and when one of my connections are not strong enough i just bridge it to my strong connection and enable the sharing wich u half to enable for it to work

It always says limited or no connectivity and it stops my main internet connection from working temporarily until i either disable it or until i just take it out.

and remember u half to bridge the wifimax to or enternet connection or it wont work even if it picks it up 100%

most likely if your having trouble with it it is because of ur firewall

if your ip address is timed out just set it yourself
