PSP3D Team Makes First Homebrew for 2.01
Published by Jakanden 3 years ago in News, PSP, Software.PSP3D has reported that the first Homebrew for 2.01 has been released which is a port of Tetris.
That’s right. From Hello World yesterday, to Tetris today. We at PSP 3D have successfully ported the first 2.01 game EVER. Thanks to Fanjita for the tips and for the wonderful GTA hack (props to all the people who helped him too). In the next few days, expect this and more games to be ported to 2.5 also (if and when we get SYSCALLs working).
You can get Tetris for 2.01 here as well as see a video of it here.
All I can say is - YES!! Way to go guys, keep it up as I cannot wait to upgrade my PSP to 2.0+.

i have a PSP 1.52 and i herd that 1.52 firmware you cant homebrew and i would lkke to know if what i herd was true and what i should do like should i upgrade to a higher firmware or should i stay and wait I thank you for your help in advance
This is entirely possible Jon
What you must do is upgrade to version 2.00 (NOT 2.01). Then, get the MPH Downgrader to flash the firmware to v1.50. 1.50 has sh!t all features, but can play all homebrew; including the much anticipated PSP-OSS, an operating system for the PSP!
